How long will it take to organize?
After we have matched you with the correct company the process can take anything from three – six months. This depends on various factors such as what country you reside in and how long your application forms take to process.
Does it matter what skills I have to offer?
No, it doesn’t. We match employees to most industries and our employers are searching for both high and low skilled workers. As long as you have had experience in a certain area of employment there is a good change we can match you to a prospective employer.
What are my obligations as an overseas employee?
Your obligations are exactly the same as if you were working for an employee in your own country. You will have a contract of employment and will be expected to carry out your job roles accordingly.
Where will I live?
We will assist you in finding temporary accommodation before you arrive in Canada. Then you are free to stay where you are or find other long term accommodation should you wish.
Can my family come with me?
This will depend on many factors and once we have spoken to you in more depth and matched you to an employer we will be able to advise you on this in more detail.
How long can I stay in Canada for?
Your first contract will probably be for two years. Then when the two years have expired there are two options available to you. If you are a high skilled worker and your employer wishes to renew your contract you can stay for a further two years. If you are a low skilled worker you could get another 2 year contract also

Please also make sure you are very honest on your resume regarding past employment and experience as we will check all these facts out first.
